तपाईं ग्लोबल एकेडेमी अफ एजुकेसन रिसर्च प्राइभेट लिमिटेड, यसका निर्देशकहरू, कर्मचारीहरू, सम्बद्धहरू, एजेन्टहरू, र इजाजतपत्रदाताहरूलाई निम्न कारणहरूबाट उत्पन्न भएका सबै दावीहरू, दायित्वहरू, क्षतिहरू, हानिहरू, लागतहरू, वा खर्चहरू (उचित कानूनी शुल्क सहित) बाट क्षतिपूर्ति, बचाव, र हानिरहित राख्न सहमत हुनुहुन्छ:

• तपाईंको हाम्रो वेबसाइट वा सेवाहरूको प्रयोग
• तपाईंको यी प्रयोगका सर्तहरूको उल्लङ्घन
• तपाईंको कुनै तेस्रो पक्षको अधिकारको उल्लङ्घन
• तपाईंको कुनै पनि लागू कानून वा नियमहरूको उल्लङ्घन
• तपाईंले हाम्रो वेबसाइट मार्फत पेश वा प्रसारण गर्नुभएको कुनै पनि सामग्री

हामी क्षतिपूर्तिको अधीनमा कुनै पनि विषयको विशेष बचाव र नियन्त्रण ग्रहण गर्ने अधिकार सुरक्षित राख्छौं, जसमा तपाईं कुनै पनि उपलब्ध बचावहरूको दाबी गर्न हामीसँग सहकार्य गर्न सहमत हुनुहुन्छ।

१०. प्रयोज्य कानून र क्षेत्राधिकार

यी प्रयोगका सर्तहरू नेपाल को कानूनद्वारा शासित र व्याख्या गरिनेछ, यसको विरोधाभासी कानून प्रावधानहरूको पर्वाह नगरी। यी सर्तहरू अन्तर्गत वा तिनीसँग सम्बन्धित कुनै पनि विवादहरू कास्की जिल्ला, नेपाल को अदालतको अनन्य क्षेत्राधिकारको अधीनमा हुनेछन्।

तपाईं तपाईं र ग्लोबल एकेडेमी अफ एजुकेसन रिसर्च प्राइभेट लिमिटेड बीचको कुनै पनि कानूनी कार्य वा कार्यवाही कास्की जिल्ला, नेपालमा अवस्थित अदालतहरूमा मात्र ल्याइनेछ भनी सहमत हुनुहुन्छ। तपाईं त्यस्ता अदालतहरूको स्थानमा कुनै पनि आपत्ति र त्यस्ता अदालतहरू असुविधाजनक फोरम हुन् भन्ने कुनै पनि दावी त्याग गर्नुहुन्छ।

११. समाप्ति

हामी, आफ्नो एकल विवेकमा, कुनै पनि कारणले, बिना पूर्व सूचना वा दायित्व, कुनै पनि कारणले तपाईंको हाम्रो वेबसाइट र सेवाहरूमा पहुँच समाप्त वा निलम्बन गर्ने अधिकार सुरक्षित राख्छौं, जसमा समावेश छन् तर सीमित छैनन्:

• तपाईंको यी प्रयोगका सर्तहरूको उल्लङ्घन
• तपाईंको कुनै पनि लागू कानून वा नियमहरूको उल्लङ्घन
• तपाईंको व्यवहार जुन हामीलाई, हाम्रा प्रयोगकर्ताहरूलाई, वा हाम्रो व्यवसायलाई हानिकारक छ भन्ने हाम्रो विश्वास
• हाम्रो वेबसाइटमा तपाईंको लामो अवधिको निष्क्रियता

समाप्ति पछि, हाम्रो वेबसाइट र सेवाहरू प्रयोग गर्ने तपाईंको अधिकार तुरुन्त बन्द हुनेछ। यी प्रयोगका सर्तहरूको कुनै पनि प्रावधान जुन तिनीहरूको प्रकृतिले समाप्ति पछि बाँच्नु पर्छ, बाँच्नेछ, जसमा बौद्धिक सम्पत्ति, वारेन्टीको अस्वीकरण, दायित्वको सीमा, र क्षतिपूर्ति समावेश छ।

हामी कुनै पनि समयमा बिना पूर्व सूचना यी प्रयोगका सर्तहरू अद्यावधिक, परिमार्जन, वा प्रतिस्थापन गर्ने अधिकार सुरक्षित राख्छौं। कुनै पनि परिवर्तन यस पृष्ठमा पोस्ट गरेपछि तुरुन्त प्रभावकारी हुनेछ। हामी यस पृष्ठको शीर्षमा अन्तिम अद्यावधिकको मिति संकेत गर्नेछौं।

यी प्रयोगका सर्तहरू, हाम्रो गोपनीयता नीति र कुकी नीतिसँग मिलेर, तपाईं र ग्लोबल एकेडेमी अफ एजुकेसन रिसर्च प्राइभेट लिमिटेड बीच हाम्रो वेबसाइट र सेवाहरूको प्रयोगको सम्बन्धमा सम्पूर्ण सम्झौता हो, र सबै पूर्व सम्झौताहरू, बुझाइहरू, वा प्रतिनिधित्वहरू, चाहे लिखित वा मौखिक, खारेज गर्दछ।

१४. पृथक्करण

यदि यी प्रयोगका सर्तहरूको कुनै पनि प्रावधान अमान्य, अवैध, वा सक्षम क्षेत्राधिकारको अदालतद्वारा लागू गर्न नसकिने पाइयो भने, बाँकी प्रावधानहरू पूर्ण बल र प्रभावमा रहनेछन्। अमान्य, अवैध, वा लागू गर्न नसकिने प्रावधानलाई यसलाई वैध, कानूनी, र लागू गर्न सकिने बनाउन न्यूनतम आवश्यक सीमासम्म परिमार्जन गरिएको मानिनेछ।

१५. माफी

हाम्रो यी प्रयोगका सर्तहरूको कुनै पनि अधिकार वा प्रावधान लागू गर्न असफल हुनुले त्यस्तो अधिकार वा प्रावधानको माफी गठन गर्दैन। यी प्रयोगका सर्तहरूको कुनै पनि प्रावधानको माफी लिखित हुनुपर्छ र ग्लोबल एकेडेमी अफ एजुकेसन रिसर्च प्राइभेट लिमिटेडको अधिकृत प्रतिनिधिद्वारा हस्ताक्षर गरिएको हुनुपर्छ।

१६. हामीलाई सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस्

यदि तपाईंसँग यी प्रयोगका सर्तहरूको बारेमा कुनै प्रश्न, चिन्ता, वा अनुरोधहरू छन् भने, कृपया हामीलाई सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस्:
